Sha Tin District Council members Miss Tung Kin Lei, Mr Chan Tan Tan, Mr Tsoi Ming Yang joined a site walk with the project team to understand more about the temporary closure of the sitting-out area and facilities near Pok Ngar Villa underneath the Shing Mun Tunnel Road.
