The Opening Ceremony of “TR4NS ‧ SPOT” Trunk Road T4 in Sha Tin Community Liaison Centre (CLC) was held on 13 August 2026. Mr Michael Fong, the Director of Civil Engineering and Development, Ms Leonie Lee, District Officer (Sha Tin), and Mr Michael Leung, the Project Manager of EDO of CEDD officiated at the ceremony, marking the opening of the CLC. Deputy Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Legislative Council members, chairman of area committee (Sha Tin), District Council members together with T4 Project Team were invited to witness this important milestone. After the ceremony, the guests experienced the multimedia interactive facilities and enjoyed scenery at viewing deck.
