The project team met with the representatives from the Immuaculate Heart of Mary Kindergarten, Sha Tin (Tai Wai) Clinic, Shatin Assembly of God Church, Caltex (Tai Wai), Man Lai Court, Caritas Lok Jun School and Sha Tin District Council member Mr Calvin Tang Siu Fung in March 2026 to discuss details of the upcoming temporary traffic arrangement at Man Lam Road and Man Lai Road.
